ABOUT US:
Delilah’s Collection designs, manufactures and distributes corsets, skirts, dresses, coats and other garments. Our garments are made from high quality leathers, Chinese Silks, Handmade Silks, Satins, Velvets, PVC and various other fabrics. We can custom design a garment for you or make it to your specific body measurements. We keep a very limited stock of pre-made garments. Instead, your garment will be made when you order it according to your size, color and available option choices. This requires about 3 weeks for completion.
PAYMENTS: Payment is required in advance of beginning construction of your garment. All prices are in US currency. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover through our site. If you wish to pay with a money order or using Paypal, please contact us first for information.
SHIPPING: Sometimes our work load is rather heavy and there will be a slight delay in sending out your order, you will be advised on this and update on dispatch and we do not take any responsibility for this slight delay. All deliveries will be sent approximately 3 weeks from payment and delivered through Priority Mail by the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and FedEx. International deliveries are subject to USPS, UPS and FedEx regulations and times may vary. Shipping charges are not refundable and if an exchange is requested and it is justified and accepted by us as per the return policy, the customer is responsible for additional shipping, insurance and handling charges as required.
RETURNS: Returns are not accepted on most cases because all orders are made specially for you on ordering, we made / construct every item as per your desire use. Please take note that we cannot give refund on items that are not deemed faulty or defective, you cannot order something get it made and delivered and then decide you not like it after all. Under very exceptional circumstances (Which are extremely very rare) A picture or image is only for giving the idea of generic look of the item, we reserve the right to change, alter or modify the look or construction for safe and comfortable use at any time. An item can be considered defective if it does not match the image illustration, if you have any query about any item please feel free to contact us. All refundable merchandise must be in unused condition with all tags and in the original box or packaging if applicable. We cannot return item(s) that have been custom made (special sizing or design). Customer is responsible for shipping charges for the replacement item as well as returning the original item. If the garment is defective or not sent as ordered, we will replace it with no additional shipping charges to the customer. This policy is only applicable if the garment is defective because of our mistake and if the garment is delivered as per the order originally placed then this policy does not apply.
